Our Ford F-350 HT OB Van (4R) or "High Top" is the perfect choice for the cost conscious customer with a need for a completely self contained, self power vehicle for live news gathering or sporting events.
The addition of a custom aluminum roof assembly provides excellent headroom allowing for personal to stand inside the vehicle and full size 43 U rack assemblies.
A 5.5kW / 7kW generator set provides ample technical & environmental power for operation of all on board equipment.
Unit is equipped with a modular power system with a centrally located marine grade power distribution panel and a high efficiency 15K BTU air conditioning system ducted to the require locations.
Van is divided in two discreet operating areas, with operations in the front and equipment storage, generator and cable reels in the rear.

Our Sprinter OB Van diesel chassis provides a perfect platform for a custom ENG conversion. The most spacious of its kind, provides the customer with a completely self contained, self power vehicle for live news gathering or sporting events.
Standard with dual rear wheels, standing headroom and up to 5 equipment racks, the Sprinter has become an instant classic in the broadcast vehicle market.
A 7.5kW to 15kW generator set provides ample technical & environmental power for operation of all on board equipment. Unit is equipped with a modular power system with a centrally located marine grade power distribution panel and a high efficiency 15K BTU air conditioning system ducted to the require locations.

Bridging the gap between the van base system and the truck can be easily done with our F-450 Truck (4R). The F-450 Truck (4R) provides all of the perks of a full size truck but in a much smaller package.
Configured as a walk through, it offers full standing headroom and plenty of space for all personal. Truck is equipped with four full size (80) U rack assemblies and a “maintenance corridor”, which allows for easy access to all of the equipment. An exterior service door provides entrance to the technical corridor without disturbing the on going operation of the unit.
Our “ultra-light” aluminum construction, superb isolation and a smooth “Kem-Lite” finishing make this unit "A State of the Art" small broadcast vehicles.
Four "under chassis" storage units that allow for a dual battery bank, hydraulics for extension jacks and cable storage. All storages are equipped with low voltage lights and neoprene seals.

A new addition to our family of products, with a split layout and the inclusion of a dedicated control room, make this 19’ layout a perfect solution for television production with out the need of the complicated chassis expansion.
Configured as a walk through, it offers full standing headroom and plenty of space for all personal Truck is equipped with four full size (80) U rack assemblies in the technical area and two dedicated positions as well as a “maintenance corridor”, which allows for easy access to all of the equipment. Two exterior service doors provide entrance to the technical corridor, from both the street side and curbside, without disturbing the on going operation of the unit.
A dedicated audio room is located in the middle of the unit with it’s dedicated isolated window that provides direct line of sight into the production area. The audio room is also equipped with a 20U rack assembly to handle all of the require outboard equipment.
The production area is a "must see space". Layout with (2) 50" plasmas on the wall and a (3) position desktop, it includes a small client seating area, with it’s own leather couch and private bar.

If you have big requirements and a very limited budget, this is probably the way to go. We had design this trailer with all of the features of a full size broadcast truck but without an engine so cost is a mayor issue here.
